Workflow - Features

  • Registration Request for a new Community User
  • AOI Request(Area Of Interest) in the selected area will be sent to the Administrator for approval
  • AOI will be assigned to the registered User after certain validations
  • POI(Point Of Interest) will be uploaded in the requested AOI
  • POI’s can be added and edited
  • Show POI shows POI details based on User, Status, and Date etc
  • System Exports POI / APT (Address Point) Data
  • View the payment of user or group with generate invoice button

  1. Admin Account - Admin User manages and approves the user registrations, approve AOI’s etc.
  2. QC Account – User views the list of POIs and APT’s for selected AOI, change the status and edit POI details. The selected POI’s can be viewed on the map

  4. Finance Account - Finance user will dispatch the cheque by courier/post and change the cheque status to processing or dispatch.
