NSGI will follow a standard PMP/PRINCE2 based project management methodology to ensure a quality and timely delivery of the products and projects.

The high level design will be realized by a communications and responsibilities matrix constructed in the startup phase of the project, detailing deliverables and their milestones. Frequent communications will take place between the project’s Technical Architect, the Programme and Project Managers and their delivery teams.

Our experienced project managers will oversee activities during every phase of the project and the service would be extended even after the implementation to ensure customer satisfaction of the project and services rendered.
