• Proven recent 5-6 years of experience in .NET web development using C# and ASP.NET
• Experience in the development of ArcGIS Server 9.3/10.x applications. Experience with Silverlight API preferred
• Consumption and manipulation of ArcGIS Server SOAP/REST and WMS Services
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Server software including the ArcGIS REST API, dynamic and cached map services, feature services, image services, locators etc. and their use in web GIS applications
• Experience in working with ArcSDE / SQL Server / Oracle enterprise geodatabases
• Experience in WCF and Web Services
• Ability and willingness to create complete and detailed documentation for all coding projects
• Excellent English, both written and spoken, and comfort communicating with a variety of clients, staff, and other professionals

• Proven recent 5-6 years of experience in .NET web development using C# and ASP.NET
• Experience in the development of Silverlight applications(Mandatory).
• Experience in working with SQL Server / Oracle enterprise databases
• Experience in WCF and Web Services
• Experience in JavaScript validations
• Ability and willingness to create complete and detailed documentation for all coding projects
• Excellent English, both written and spoken, and comfort communicating with a variety of clients, staff, and other professionals

• Proven recent 2-3 years of experience in .NET web development using C# and ASP.NET
• Experience in the development of Silverlight applications(Mandatory).
• Experience in working with SQL Server / Oracle enterprise databases
• Experience in WCF and Web Services
• Experience in JavaScript validations
• Ability and willingness to create complete and detailed documentation for all coding projects

• Proven recent 4-5 years of experience in Testing
• Experience in the Selenium software.
• Experience in other automated testing tools
• Experience in writing test cases and test plan
