We use various techniques to gather clear, concise requirements related to the business. This involves business process analysis and high-level use case identification. The documented requirements for each use case are revised by the quality team. The results of the study address requirements for geospatial related data, applications, database design, implementation methods, and training.

Scoping is then done based on the current work flows and the requirements gathered and the optimum solution is presented to the client.
